Andoid games suck compared to the Iphone gallery

Hello everyone ive noticed the selection of good games on the google market sucks. No good first person shooters no decent racing games that work nothing. Googles really gota step up to the plate and get some real developers like apple. There library is way better than googles.
 
It's true there are more apps and games available for iOS and many are of a higher quality. If this is importent to you then buy an iPhone

I don't agree that Android games suck though

What do you expect us to say?
 
I would totally agree with the games selection being bammer on android in direct comparison with iOS but it will all get better.
 
This is a lame thread. If you want the iPhone go get one. Or get out there and develop a killer game to show Android developers how its done. Complaining helps no one.
 
This post is depressing, so here are my favorite Android games:

Action/Arcade:
Air Attack
MiniSquadron Special Edition
Pew Pew 2
Samurai 2 Vengeance
They Need to be Fed

Strategy/Puzzle:
Apparatus
Everlands
Majesty
Plants Vs. Zombies
Spaghetti Marshmellows
Steambirds
Uniwar

RPG:
Battleheart
Gurk 2
Legends of Yore
 
You will have to consider that Apple's market has bee around a lot longer then Android's market. Android is still growing, and hopefully will catch up with Apple. Just recently, the number of free apps available for Android just bypassed Apple's free apps. Of course, that does not mean the free apps on Android are automatically better then Apple's, just more of them.
 
Also don't forget that Android is open-source, which allows for some crap to be produced. iOS is not, but at the same time, is very limited in what it can do.
 
I think youre wrong in soo many ways since there are great fps games for example "Modern Combat" And if you still like the apple better than you should sell your android and get an IPhone..

It's also out for iPhone, they optimize more for the iPhone as they only really have one device to worry about, last two iPhone share very simalar hardware.

We still lack games like infinity blade so we are missing some high quality titles.

I realy don't agree that we're missing high quality games.. We have quality games out there..
 
At present there is a noticable shift in developers moving from ios to android so whilst there msy not be a lot of high end games at present there may be as devs are shifting there dev patforms from ios-android to android-ios and check out places like tegrazone (nvidia) and gameloft both of which have cutting edge 3d titles on android.

I never said there are no high quality games, I said we are missing quite a few that are available on iOS.

Android has come a long way, but it's not quite upto par with iOS yet when it comes to apps/games. I wish I could say otherwise but I can't.

I strongly believe that the android games scene will in the near future surpass the games available for iOS. I think this is more than likely as apple release one or two iphone models a year. How many dozens of models come out each year from a multitude of manufacturers, each a little better than the last?? With better and better hardware, the game designers will follow! Just my 2 cents.
