Andorid 2.1 and Picasa Sync

I have a Epic 4g running Android 2.1. I have set up Picasa Sync through my Google account. My Picasa pics are being pulled down to my phone, but my phone images are not being pulled up to Picasa. Is there something I need to do in order to get sync from phone to Picasa to work? Thanks.

The phone will sync the web albums, which is syncing from the web down to your phone. You will still need to share the photos to picasa to move them from your phone to the web.
