Can anyone help, I see with windows phones it is possible to run windows and andriod as a duel boot, but is it possible to do it the other way round, android running a duel boot with windows:)

Wrong. That is your opinion. Winmo is far more capable functionality wise than android. I can definately see the use for this.

Yes - very powerful but up to now not too mass market friendly. That is changing though.

Yeah, reportedly Windows 7 mobile is going to remove multitasking, lock down the UI, and give their phones a Zune-like interface. It's hard to imagine any but the blindest Windows fanboy seriously thinking that those are good ideas.

Well I highly doubt they would lock it down, that just not microsofts thing. Those media tech outlets are often wrong, and in general hate winmo. So I wouldn't be surprised if one of them just made it up to bash something great and give it bad press, and the others simply copied it. Its happened more often than not, especially during the sprint bashing hype, and when they are wrong they don't even issue a retraction. Take what they say with a grain of salt. If everyone remembers correctly, wasn't the ipad supposed to be this awesome notebook killing device?

That being said, if winmo did do that, I would never consider winmo again.

And on a side note: if you believe what these outlets say, without a shred of proof, then, well, your gullable.

Yeah, I learned long ago not to believe everything the internets told me ... especially the self-proclaimed pundits, who are clearly out for page views rather than accuracy.

Still, I don't believe in anti-MS conspiracies, and the stories have surfaced often enough that I think there's probably at least some truth to them. And MS clearly is planning to merge its phone and Zune technologies in some way. Gawd knows why, since the Zune hasn't exactly been a PR or marketing blockbuster for them ...

Yea exactly! Not to mention that the new windows mobile 7 app won't be comparable with the 6.5 apps that are currently out. They would have to start fr scratch basically

So u have a copy of winmo7? Or did you get your info from bgr engadget etc who all run the same stories and all shared the same negative bias against winmo? The same outlets who said the ipad was called the itablet and it was like having true macos on the run?
