Why is the Android 4.2 3G Smart Phone not compatible with Solavei.

Network type: GSM/WCDMA
Frequency: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz WCDMA 2100MHz
Support 3G
WIFI: 802.11b/g wireless internet
Bluetooth: Yes
Solavei only supports the GSM Network, however the freq. listed here appears low.
Does the Android support higher frequencies then listed above?
