Help Andriod OS consuming too much data.

Hey!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 that is consuming far too much data. Just this past month it has used 653mb in the background! I have all my sync settings to over Wi-Fi.
I've had the phone for about 9 months on a tab with Rogers.

Any one have this same issue? Know any fixes?
