Help Andriod Profiles

Hi all,

I need to know Whether it possible to create a profile with only the apps I need and hide all other apps such as settings etc... more over I would like also to know if it is possible to enlarge the Icons and keyboard on an android tablet.

Nova launcher can use many icon packs, and enlarge them. Also has the option to hide the apps you specify. The keyboard can be changed through the keyboard settings in language and input.
