Android 10 name

"Queen of Puddings" would be understood in the USA, yes?

I thought X is the one that would cause problems for them.

They could just do what Ubuntu did: start over.

Ubuntu's first release was Warty Warthog; their second, and my first, was Hoary Hedgehog. Then they rewound, and started releasing names alphabetically, starting with Breezy Badger. It worked for them.
Since Mike mentioned "X". I'll add that ubuntu also had "Xenial Xerus" which was 16.04. :D

I guess animal names are easier than desserts.

I'm running 10. Have to admit that as a user it's not so different, though the dark theme (black rather than "meh grey" thankfully) and finer permission control are nice.

The gestures aren't well designed (they slow app switching as well as interfering with side menus), and some crazy idea of integration with their own launcher means that the home gesture doesn't work with anything else. Allegedly this will change some time after the release, but they are definitely not good enough to suffer the Pixel launcher in order to have them. ;)
