Something I've known about but never bothered with in three years since my first Android (HTC WFS). But I'll definitely have a look at now, and most likely start using.
Hmmm shortcuts definitely are very useful in an Android phone. It gets you to your application quicker especially if you've got lots of apps installed. But as for me, I like keeping a clean desktop with one or two widgets only. I don't know where to put a shortcut folder yet in my current desktop.
