when Samsung A series mobiles receive android 11 updates?

When Samsung release it, then if you bought it through a service provider when they finish adding their own junk and doing their own tests.
Samsung have released details about which phones will get it, but they never release more than a very approximate schedule for when. I wouldn't sweat it: it will come when it comes.

The schedule I saw says March through August 2021 for the A series getting Android 11. As Hadron mentioned, that might also depend on your carrier.

If you are talking about the Ax0 series (A10 A20 etc...) yes they will get android 11, even as low as the A10e apparently.
