android 2.1 Tablet PC and 3G connection

Hi All,

I have a tablet PC and a dongle that is compatible with the Tablet.

With my Swedish provider of the sim card they say you only need to fill in the APN and possibly another key (*99#) then it should connect...

When I try to create a connection in 3G settings my Android asks for:

Name
Device number
APN
User
Password

I have tried the two keys according to the provider but still no connection...

Anybody who can guide me with this issue?

You need to speak to your carrier again. You need a username and password with any apn. Name is just a friendly name for you to recognise. Device number? Never seen that before
