Android 2.3.6 Update on Samsung Fascinate, Happy? [Moved]

I have a Fascinate and I love it. It is still working perfectly fine. But of course, people like the latest greatest thing and I am no exception. That's why we have to trade in our car every 3 years or so, not because the car is not working, but because there are newer models available. Same thing applies to smart phones. :)
