Welcome to Android Forums! In my experience, android will automatically save any new network information that you put in. If it's not doing this, I would recommend backing up all your important data and doing a factory reset. If that doesn't work, I highly recommend joining the forums. With membership, you can get real-time help and not have to worry about making a new thread just to add additional information on your problem. There is a link in my signature that will take you to the registration page if you decide to join up. Hope this helps!
Make sure you cookies are enabled on your browser as well. Without cookies enabled you have to fill in the form everytime: sometimes passwords won't even work if your browser is not accepting cookies.
