android 4.2 dual core smart tv box

How exactly can I set up the neewer android 4.2 dual core tv box? What cables are a must? And if I have wi fi, why when I try to browse it keeps reading webpage not able to display. I bought a tv box with supposed xbmc however I don't see it anywhere.
