Android 4.4 F6 smart box Wont Boot UP

I have the Android Smart Multimedia F6 with Android 4.4 and RK3128

Was working fine now when turning on it stays on Android screen or if I press the reset button underneath sometime it shows the android with an ! on it

This is the box bought 2 one worked one wont do anything.
