Android 5.1.1 update failed

I have 2 s6s one finished the update the other did not. How can I get it to update so I can get the s-pay? Thanks in advance!

third time trying to update to 5.1.1 and it fails every time. It downloads fine and then when it asks me to restart so it can install it says "update failed" and has to re-download all over again....whatt is going on. Ive been reading this is happening to a lot of people
