Help Android 6.0.1 Voicemail Settings locked

Does anyone know how to unlock Voicemail Settings in Android 6.0.1 running on the Samsung Galaxy s6? (MetroPCS)

In the stock telephone dialer app, Phone>More>Settings>Voicemail (section), Voicemail Settings is greyed out so I'm unable to change the default voicemail speed dial number (button #1 on the dialer keypad) to my Google Voice number. Anyone got a fix for this?

Hi, although I don't have a Google Voice number, a couple of things I have done in a similar situation is to use a voicemail number to create a new contact then allocate an unused speed dial number to it. Alternatively, I have created a 'Direct dial' shortcut on my homescreen to the voicemail. I've done this to allow access to a second phone's voicemail.

This may help if you are unable to unlock your voicemail settings.
