Android 7.0 bluetooth connection issue

Hi dear developer,

i've been struggled an issue for a 2 weeks.

There a Bluetooth mini printer.

Android 4.4.2 can successfully connect it, and print
But Android 7.0 can't

Is there anyone has any idea.

I presume this printer uses its own support app and/or driver that you install on the phone. Could be the app that's incompatible with later Android versions, like 7.x.

Check if there's any updates for it. If there isn't you might need to contact the printer's manufacturer, and enquire. That is the "developer" you should contact about this issue.
