Can anyone confirm that the beta program is pushing the final version of 8.0? Since sign-ups are still available, I may do it just to get 8.0 sooner, but I don't want to do it if it isn't the final/stable version of 8.0.

Yes, it's the final version you will get when enrolled in the beta program.

Yes I got it Tuesday. Now my phone is making all kinds of notification sounds that I didn't have before.

It's also making the sounds of tapping on the number keys while I'm in the middle of a call. The screen is off so I don't know why it would be doing that. The person on the other end cant hear it make those noises.
