Apps Android Add a picture to frame

Hello everyone i have a frame given below, I have to add user picture choosen from gallery or camera on white board given. I have many frames and in each frame location of whiteboard is changed.
Please help how can i do it. any library to use it?? If there is any tutorial given help me Thanks in advance..

Thanks @maghrby for your reply. i simply want if user select it's picture using gallery or camera, user's picture should be shown in this frame at the white space or board given for this purpose.

Okay , 1st you have to define ur board , LCD , LED display , Projector , smart TV , photo frame !! Then you can find the suitable app , I think u can use mirroring or casting applications they are working fine with smart tv
