Android App advise pls

Hi guys/girls.

New to Android and learning my rope through Dell Streak

Not sure whether this is my imagination gone wild, however I will go-ahead with the questions.

Are there any android apps that can I can set timer functions?

For example, Bluetooth to get activated say
