Help Android App auto update

Since the software upgrade to 5.0.2 on my Nexus 7 2013 wifi tab, none of the Apps auto update though my settings are set for this to occur.
Is anyone else experiencing this and if so, is there a solution.My Nexus is not modified.

I should have added that the only way I can get the app updates listed is to manually start them.
Hope there is a solution.

If the apps have permission changes they won't auto update.

Thanks for reply. But just manually updated another two apps, neither called for permission changes?

Now working on Lollipop but still the same situation ... none of the Apps auto update? As best I know how I have checked settings and they appear to be correct.

I would appreciate an expert advising me about all the settings that I should check to ensure auto update when Apps do not ask for more permissions.
