I have recently purchased a Cerulian 8.4 tablet with android 2.3 installed. I have tried everything I can to download apps from android market but I get the same message every time, "there is no mobile phone associated with this request". can anyone help me resolve this problem.

Welcome aboard. The first time you open the market app were you prompt to sign in with your google credentials (username/password)? This will allow you access to the market.
