Hey, I'm trying to opt in the beta, but I keeps telling me to try later. I see some people have it. Is it a reason why I cant opt in?

There are a lot of users in the Android Beta Program community reporting the same. I don't know what the pattern is but it certainly seems like there's a problem with the enrollment server. You can just keep checking back periodically to see if the issue is resolved, or you can manually sideload the OTA image available here:

Update: try now. You should be able to enroll.
