Android bluetooth disconnect

[Android Question]

I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S4- love it except that bluetooth keeps disconnecting on its own. And I mean, every 2 minutes. I drive a 2013 CRV and was just until recently using Apple (which connected great with bluetooth).

Help?

Hi and welcome to Android Forums!

The Galaxy S4 was released with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, which was notoriously bad for its botching the Bluetooth binaries. Android 4.3 is a bit better; I'm not sure which version you are on. The Galaxy S4 is supposed to be updated to 4.3, so if you are still on 4.2 then I suggest patience until the update comes out.
