I'm new to Android Stuff, and i wanted to ask what is that: " monthly traffic quota", and how can i decide if i want 100 MB or another number??

That is the amount of mobile data
what you think your phone will monthly use.
It is the amount of data on the mobile network, not the data on WiFi.

If you'll use WiFi most of the time (home and office) 100MB for mobile network might be enough.
But most people need more

You should install a data traffic counter like 3G Watchdog. So you can figure out in few days what you'll need for monthly data on the mobile network.
