Android boot 1 of 1 optimizing every boot

Hello,

somehow I have a problem mit my BlackBerry Priv with MM that I never had before.
I recognized it first a week ago when I restarted the phone. After a while I get the message "Android is starting Optimizing app 1 of 1". It takes around 10 minutes then to start my device.
I deinstalled the last the apps that I even installed and cleaned the junk data with the app Clean Master but I still have the problem. Other apps haven't been installed in the last 3 month so there is nothign that I could deinstall now.

What can I do now :(?
 
A few others were reporting same thing happening with a ZTE phone, optimizing one app on reboot even after a reset, which maybe a firmware bug that's got to be fixed by ZTE. Unfortunately I can't find the relevant thread, because AF search seems to be broken.
