Android Box Choice help!!!!!

I have been offered either of the two boxes I have listed here at cost price but am unsure what box will perform best, any help please.
The choice is
Sunvell T95Z or the Sunvell T95U Pro, both have the Amlogic S912 Octa Core Android 6.0

Thanks didn't think there was much difference between them, but are they any good?
I am new to this format and currently have a Sunvell T95X S905 Quad TV Box, Which so far is good but was looking at purchasing an octa core box

They are fantastic when they work and a frustrating nightmare when they don't.

All these boxes are great when they work and regardless of the CPU, ROM, RAM and other hardware prizes they feature, there are only two factors for most consumers to think about...

1 - The highest version of Android is always better.
I would recommend Android 6 for heavy KODI users/tweakers.

2 - Can I return it HASSLE FREE when, sorry... if it goes wrong!
 
Thanks Andrew really appreciate that, and yes certainly Hassle Free returns, I had a box that did not work (in the way it was advertised), brought from Amazon and I put a negative review on their page. They were very quick to refund my money and then cheekily asked if I would remove the negative review. you can guess what I told them.
Think I'll go for the T95U can get it from Gearbest on a special discount voucher for £49.47 and free deliver. Have bought from them before and they have been reliable.
 
How important is RAM memory on an android tvbox? My current one has 2Gb. Was looking at getting a newer one and noticed it only has 1Gb. Another one I'm looking at has 2Gb, but it's twice the price.

Mostly just use it for netflix and Kodi. Both run android lollipop 5.1

Good question . . . But for users like you and me, 1GB is plenty.

You won't notice the difference of that extra memory in normal usage.
