Help Android Box Himedia H1 won't connect WiFi won't ask for password

I've just bought a new Android Box Himedia H1.

It won't connect WiFi – I go Settings – Network – Wifi and choose my network and it just connects. Nothing pops up.

This is the sort of network where it asks for a username as well as a password.

I've tried to join other networks and it asks for a password but for mine it just "connects" and doesn't ask for the username and password.

So it's just because of this issue it's not working

Have you tried rebooting your WiFi router?

Yes, we rebooted and tried a few things and eventually got it to work. Thank you

My Supervisor couldn't get his free TV black box from Vegas to work after a few updates.

I plan on avoiding people who tell me they have a free TV solution when I go to Vegas Thanksgiving week.

What did you do to make it work @RobCubbon?
