Android Box Keep Loading on the logo screen.

My TV Box is Android 4.4.2, RK3128 Chipset.

When I turn on the box, it keep loading on the logo screen.

I tried to press the reset the box, to install the driver and use the AndroidTool to flash it on Windows 8, but it is not able to detect the device? anyone can help? Thanks

It's broken... replace it.

But some more information would be helpful...

Did you change any of the settings or have a sudden power outage prior to the failure?
Is this a new box or have you had it a while?

The first time this happened to me it was because I was trying to be clever with the advanced settings! Oops!

It's unlikely that you'll be able to fix it yourself regardless of how the device came to malfunction, so suck it up and spend another $20 on a new one!

I changed the setting and then came up with this. I am fuzzy to remember that I check an option with CTR something like that. It come with sever letter only and with the letter C anyway. Then it become like that.

Yep... I did something similar. There's no way back!
I took the box back to the shop - lesson learned - and I have been very gentle with the replacement!

I spent a long time to deal with the seller to finally convinced him offer replacement, but I need to ship back the box to the seller on my own pocket.
