Help android box no signal

we have had our box for 2 yrs now. all of a sudden it comes up no signal. my husband has unpluggedm turned off everything, waited and when everything is plugged back in and turned on, it still says no signal. how can he fix this??

If it has a reset, might be in a hole in the back or underneath, try resetting it that way. But it could be its died, hardware failure
