Hi my name is Jenson I'm from Malaysia,My Q7V android TV box stuck on android logo for long time I HV tried thousand of time to press the recover button at the bottom of the player, but still not working still appear android logo,started like this when I press the recover button the player will automatically short down,than I press the button to reopen it,TV screen show android logo downloading at the same time it show installing than android words stuck ok on there long time cannot go in main menu.hope u can understand what I HV try to explain my problem.pls help me to solve my problem,tq
