android box switching off after 30 seconds

when i switch 0n my tv box in the right top corner theres a snalll tv screen that says { overlay # 1 720x480 160 bpi}, i cant get into settings to change it as it switches off to quickly ., it just switches off when i try, how do i fix this please? my girlfriend messed up the setting TICTID 2015 Original Newest Cs918g Plus Android Tv BOX Amlogic S805 Quad Core my tv is 32 inch sony bravia
