Help Android Broken/Corrupt Images.

Recently, I had just gotten my Samsung Galaxy S4 repaired (They replaced my hard drive). Beforehand, I backed the phone up using SyncDroid. Today I decided to restore from SyncDroid. Going back into my photos I realized that many of them weren't showing up. All that showed was an icon of a cracked picture. Is there any way to fix this? and if so how?

They replaced my hard drive, so the only pictures that I can locate are the corrupt ones.

I did a google search and it seems there are some windows programs you could try. I cant vouch for any of them but youve nothing to lose.
