Android calling application

Hi,

I want to make an application where it picks up the nos from the address books and asks the user to slect them. All the slected numbers will be called one by one. If the called party picks up the phone , it will wait for it to disconnect and call another number. How do I capture the call state " disconnect" so that it can make another call. Which Apis to use ?
