does is matter what charger i use my phone because it said i am using the wrong charger and it could damage my phone but dont all android phones pretty much use the same charger...it still charges my phone but I dont want it ruined

Most all usb wall chargers designed for Android phones should work, you will run into issues using iPhone usb chargers with Android devices.
