Apps Android Code to Disable the Action Bar

hi all,
i need to make a lock app. so, that i 've to disable the action bar in my app...i'm new to this field and i need ur help to develop that app fellas.

just set its visibility to View.GONE.

Alternatively you can set the app theme to android:Theme.Holo.Light.NoActionBar
