Is there any way to change the colors of your signal bars, battery bar, WiFi bars, and location indicator? Like if I wanted to change my signal bars to purple and battery to orange and WiFi to blue? Any kinda app or APK that does this?

There are some apps in the play store that let you alter your status bar, however none of them really work all to well and are very limited in ehat you can change.
Best option is to root your device and use themes and metamorph with Rom toolbox. If you really want to customize it to your liking you're going to beed to root first.
