Hello there, i've got a quick question about android device manager, specifically whether the erase function still works after the phone has had both the sim card blocked and the phone locked via the network using its imei number.

Basically I lost my phone yesterday, I know someone picked it up as it was turned off shortly afterwards. I then called my network who locked/blocked the sim and phone but it was a few hours later that i discovered ADM and used its erase feature.

Any responces here would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

It needs an internet connection to work. Blocking the mobile connection would still allow it to connect via WiFi, so if someone were to connect that way then ADM could still work. Otherwise, no.

If you can still contact the phone to determine location of the phone, then I believe it will. If unable to contact for location, the definitely no.
