Android Question

hello :) i got a specific question about android device manager. is there any possibility to delete that app from device when it is not on lost mode? i am starting business so it is very important to me, or is there any app that will protect device manager from deleting.

By "delete that app" do you mean "remove android device manager"? Actually removing it from the phone is hard (impossible without root, and even with you would lose other important functionality in the process). However, deactivating it is very simple indeed. In my personal opinion ADM is OK for finding a lost phone, or for erasing it if you become sure you won't be able to find it, but is extremely weak as anti-theft protection - it's really only useful if the thief doesn't know about it.

There are apps which allow you to password-protect access to other apps, so if you used one of those to block access to the phone's Settings that would prevent someone disabling it (other than by doing a factory reset from recovery mode - you would need to root the device before you could install a security app that could survive that).

my only need is to lock the phone so no one can use it but me. so now me only problem is to protect it from deactivating form settings? and i can solve it by setting code only on deactivation?

If you want to stop someone using the phone at all, than surely that's what the password is for. You can "lock" it using ADM, but that just does the same thing: locks the phone and requires a password to unlock it. And if the phone is locked, then nobody can get to settings without unlocking it, and hence nobody can deactivate it when locked except by factory resetting (which should erase your data anyway).
