Help Android Devices unable to connect L2TP /IPSec VPN

i am running a L2TP over IPSec VPN from a cisco router everything working perfect except android devices i can even connect iphone, Linux, Windows everything but don't know really what is wrong with android. it is strange and really annoying. help me please all replay is appreciated.

Have you enabled secure screen lock on the android device (VPN will not work without one set)?

Yes the same way instead of ASA i am using Cisco 800 series Router
