Android Devlopement Boards

Hello,

I am looking for a general purpose Android Development Board. Basically rather than testing my application on a custom-phone, I plan to run and evaluate the performance on a general purpose ARM- based board.

If you you know such boards or have any experience working with such boards, kindly let me know.
