Android dongle questions

I'm looking to get an HDMI/USB dongle for my mams TV.

I was thinking of chrome cast. But wanted to know.

Can you install the following
Netflix
FilmOn TV
Showbox

If you can't is there something that will allow you to install those apps?

I'm a big fan of the chromecast but they're only really useful if you're a fan of using your android device to control them etc... (which is why I'm not suggesting it to my parents as they prefer the simplicity of the Amazon ecosystem)

Showbox is a little tricky... as it isn't a 'legitimate legal' service, and discussions about it here aren't allowed....

and a lot of other services may be available depending on where you live.....
