Hello i have a little issue with my nexus 5 when i want to update it say it can be download trought wifi only until october 20 the update is 11mb i dont have acces wifi at this time so i would like to know if there is a way to update it thanks im on android lolipop 5.1
The only way I'm aware of, without finding WiFi to connect to while the update downloads, is to do a manual update. The issue is that the manual update wipes your phone. You can find the basic instructions to do a manual update, and the update, from the Nexus Factory Images page on Google's site. There are also several websites with more detailed walk throughs. If you have access to a computer, you can use the Nexus Root Toolkit which automates much of the install process, as well as helps you try and save data.
