I have galaxy s3 running 4.4.2 kitkat and using default email app and having a weird problem when I check my email the app clear the unread counter like there no unread email. I using 5 accounts 2 gmail 1 verizon 1 hotmail and 1 yahoo. I using Nova Launcher Prime with TeslaUnread for Nova Launcher as my main setup. I tested other apps with my setup like messenger phone and voicemail and system work properly seeing unread and counting them correctly. I tried reinstalling all the apps involved and installed Nova Prime beta to see if it would help but no go. So when I get a new email it will show how many unread messages I have then I click the email app and count clears. The next time I get email it will show how many unread until l open app. I not how to keep the unread count there it used to work for a long time.
