Apps Android Emulator - Help?

Hi , Does anyone know what android emulator is best and easiest to get hold of. Are emualtors any good for initial testing of anroid apps?
 
yeah thanks, thats the one I had found but just thought i'd better check! much appreciated. To get it installed at work is another ball game...
