Android Emulator (This app does not support rooted/jailbroken phones)

Hi there,

I'm trying to use an app on android emulators on my PC. I've tried bluestacks and droid4X, but I'm getting an error when I open the app, saying that 'This app does not support rooted/jailbroken phones)

Does anyone know a way round this?

Is it a bank app or something, many of those can be quite particular about determining if the system is rooted or not, and whether they'll run. All of these emulators are effectively rooted, i.e. you have full admin access to everything, which is what root is. You could try a root cloaking or hiding app, no guarantees though.
