Hello all - wondering if there's an android app equivalent to Apple's CoolCam Video app?
I've tried searching Google Play and even googled for that type of app to no avail. Many existing apps with effects are for 'after' we record videos or setting up a webcam link to computers which is not what I'm looking for.
