android experience tweaks

I was wondering what apps you guys have found that change the way you use android. Some of my favorite examples are pie controls, last app switcher, heads up notifications, better open with, sidebar, and go locker.thanks in advance!

I don't know how Heads up Notifications work, but it sounds familiar to a recent application I have fallen in love with, NotifierPro Free, which adds something like the notification bar at the top that was seen in the Android L preview.

I also really like Nova Launcher, it has some great customization options and will always be my launcher of choice. :)

alright cool I'll try that out. I already have nova :)

Is that like hover browser where it shows the page on top of the rest of android?

I've never used Hover Browser, so I can't say for sure, but it does sound similar. Link Bubble is able to load the pages in the background and then float it on top of your current app. I find it really handy for loading up a bunch of links as I scroll through my Google+ stream.
