Apps Android Froyo on Mytouch 3G

Hi,
How do I root my Mytouch 3G and install Android 2.2 (Froyo) ?
My specs :
SAPPHIRE PVT 32A SHIP S-ON G
HBOOT-1.33.0013 (SAPP31000)
CPLD-13
RADIO-2.22.23.02

read read read before you do anything. if you have a good understanding of windows and using the cmd screen then it should be a breeze. Took me 3 hours of trial and error. Once on the phone though it is amazing how much faster the 2.2 allows the MT3G 1.2 to run.

I installed 2.2 but when I put in my Sim card it reboots all the time,
so I installed 2.1, it works perfect !
