Android guy won't stop downloading

Had problems with my tab, it was shutting off and on. Got that fixed and now I have an Android guy and it says that it's dowloading but it has been doing it since last night. Please help!

An "android guy"? Can you provide a more complete description? Has the phone actually booted fully, for example.
